What delivery costs
Nothing. There is no charge for delivery on any order, in any of those countries, and no minimum order. The price shown on the order page is the price the courier collects.
How long it takes
From the order to the doorstep:
- The call. Someone from our call centre phones the number you gave, usually within one working day, to confirm the order.
- Dispatch. The parcel is handed to the courier 1 to 2 working days after the call.
- On the road. The courier or postal operator of your country then needs 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country.
These are estimates drawn from how the routes normally run, not guaranteed dates.
Who brings it
The courier or postal operator of your country. The courier is chosen per country, and we tell you which one on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask.
Following the parcel
The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask. Some routes have no consumer tracking at all; on those you are given the dispatch date instead. The full explanation is on track your order.
At the door
Look at the parcel before you pay: the box, the tape, whether the weight feels right. You pay the courier in cash, and only then. A parcel that is obviously damaged can be refused at no cost to you. The detail is on payment methods.
If it is late, lost or damaged
If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the confirmation call, tell us at desk@wattjunction.com. We open a trace with the courier and, if the parcel cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you, as you prefer.
If it arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours if you can and send photos of the item and the packaging; returns and refunds explains what happens next.
Import charges
All thirteen countries are in the European Union, so no import duty is charged on these routes and our prices include VAT where it applies. Should a destination ever lie outside the EU and the UK, import duty and local taxes set by that country would be payable by the recipient and are not part of our prices.
