Open the order page for your country

Each item has its own order page for every country we serve, in the local language and at the local price. The item page lists them.

A person phones to go through it

Our call centre rings the number you gave, usually within one working day, and goes through the item, the delivery address and the amount to pay. Nothing is packed before that call.

The courier takes the parcel

We hand it over 1–2 working days after the call, and the courier or postal operator of your country needs a further 3–7 working days. The tracking details come from us, on the call or whenever you ask.
